Your order is dispatched within three business days from the Netherlands, and delivered to your address by TNT Post. All orders outside of the Netherlands and above 250 grams are sent with registered priority mail. The delivery time differs from region to region: for the Netherlands this is within 3 business days, for the rest of the E.U. it is within two weeks and for the rest of the world it can take up to three weeks [local custom delays not included]. We offer a guaranteed delivery, in case of a lost package your order will be resent free of charge. 

For the most economic shipping, we advice to take note of the weight of the individual books ordered to ensure the package in the above weight categories is maximally filled. We also advice to order together with others in your region, as the largest packages are relatively the cheapest to ship.
